A Desk For a Desk - Providing desks for school children in Africa

For every desk we transact in the UK, we donate a desk to a school in Africa. Over the past few years, through our chosen charity partner Street Child, we have, fully fitted schools with desks in Sierra Leone and Liberia where children previously sat on dirty floors for their lessons. Nick has over 12 years experience as a commercial real estate agent and broker in London. Nick started his commercial property life at Cluttons, then spent a number of years at the likes of CBRE and Farebrother before launching XIX.

Outside of work, Nick is a family man with two young children and is rugby mad.

Roger Holmes

Roger is an accomplished commercial real estate agent with more than 14 years of experience. He specialises in representing occupier clients to help them find and acquire their ideal office. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with major landlords as well as occupiers, giving him valuable insights into the commercial real estate market.

When Roger's not working, you'll find him with his chefs hat on rustling up a new recipe.

Bradley Lawlor

Head of Flex and Business Development

With more than 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bradley started his career with flex providers such as TOG and Workspace. Over the past two and a half years, he has gained further insight at an acquisition agency, specialising in leasehold transactions and flex deals. Outside of work, Bradley spends his weekends on leisurely walks in the countryside or watching his favourite football team.
