Please be aware that we only act as a marketplace which compiles, curates and displays a range of office spaces (which we will refer to as the “Office Spaces”) from third party office space service providers (which we will refer to as the “Operators”) for you to discover Office Spaces and transact with Operators. While we help facilitate transactions that are carried out on our Website, we do not provide the Office Spaces and may not party to any transaction you may make with an Operator. This means that any contractual obligations arising out of a transaction using the Website are the responsibility of you and the Operator, not XIX.
We do not accept any responsibility for, or liability in relation to, any Office Space listed on the Website. If any issues do arise, you should direct any questions, complaints or claims related to any Office Space to the relevant Business Centre
Availability and Price
Please note that unless otherwise stated, all prices on the Website are exclusive of any VAT or local taxes payable. We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices of the Office Spaces displayed on the Website are correct. However, despite our reasonable efforts, it may be possible that some of the Office Spaces on the Website may be incorrectly priced.Please be aware that all Office Spaces offered on the Website are subject to availability. If you enquire about an Office Space which is no longer available, we shall notify you that such Office Space is not available by e-mail or telephone.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights inherent in the Website, and in the material published on it. Nothing in these terms or on the Website shall give effect to any transfer of such intellectual property rights from us to you.Your sole right to use the intellectual property inherent in the Website is a non-exclusive licence to make use of such content only as is strictly necessary to enable you to access the Website and to peruse its contents. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to various statutory warranties (including, for example, that any service is carried out with reasonable skill and care, and any office space rented is of satisfactory quality). Please note that nothing in these terms shall have the effect of excluding or limiting those implied statutory warranties which may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Viruses
We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
