Paddington is a bit of a polarisation with justifiably high rents in the fantastic high-rise developments around the Paddington basin / canal and some real bargains to the south of the train station. There are rents to suit all budgets but the quality of course represents the price.

The development of the Paddington Basin has created a vibrant, almost Canary Wharf type feel in that everyone that works there also drinks and eats there in the evenings with a great mix of restaurants, river boat bars, a popular 'fan-zone' area during national sporting events and even paddle boarding during the lunch hour if you are that way inclined. With fantastic links to Heathrow, the easy access to the West of England and of course the coming introduction of the Elizabeth Line, Paddington makes a great home to those clocking up the miles for work.
