Whether it’s the hidden viewing platform in Westminster Cathedral or the vibrant West End shows, there’s a wealth of things to see and do in Victoria if you know where to look. With large amounts of investment in the area from landlords such as LandSec, the area is attracting some large names in tech, media and advertising.
The Nova development and the beautiful newer developments along Victoria Street command high rents and quite rightly so, but as you move towards St James' Park Station or south towards the river, there are some good prices to be found for high quality stock.

The area that was once only known for being the home to multiple government agencies and rather large coach and train stations, has been completely transformed into a fun and vibrant place to work. The recent redevelopment has seen the introduction of a whole host of popular chain restaurants as well as some cracking independents, bustling food halls, exciting active leisure venues and some really best-in-class office buildings. The transport links have always been fantastic and will only improve with the introduction of the Elizabeth Line making Victoria an ever more popular neighbourhood in which to work.
